The package contains one kilogram of liquid egg white. It does not contain any fat or cholesterol. It equals the whites of about 30-34 eggs. It is used especially for the production of dough, cookies and white raisin syrup.
If stored at temperatures of 0- + 4 °C shelf life is 45 days. After removing from cold storage, it must wait until it warms up to room temperature and must NOT be shaken before use.
