The package contains one kilogram of liquid whole eggs. It consists of approximately 20-22 eggs. It may be used wherever in- shell- eggs are used ( in cakes, sponge cakes, deserts, omlettes, crepes and scrambled eggs etc.).
If stores at temperatures of 0- +4 °C, shelf life is 30 days. After removing from cold storage, it must wait until it warms up to room temperature and must be shaken before use.
